About Doctor Dong

Han Dong (MD China) L. Ac. is a Licensed Acupuncture and Herb Doctor in Austin TX.

Dr. Dong is the founder of Able body Acupuncture Clinic and has been an Austin acupuncturist since 2000.

Dr. Dong specializes in applying an integrated therapy of Acupuncture, Chinese Herbs with Modern Medicine, Vitamin and Mineral treatment.

From 2000-2006, He taught many years for “Texas Continuing Acupuncture Education” class for Austin acupuncturist, Round Rock Acupuncturist, Temple Acupuncturist, Dallas acupuncturist, Houston acupuncturist and many other states Acupuncture Doctors

He strongly believe in the combination of Chinese Herb, Acupuncture with Qigong (Qi Gong, Chi Gong), Taiji (Tai Ji, Tai Chi) Yoga will help people’s health.

Dr. Dong practices and teaches Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine in China since 1986. He has enriched teaching and clinical experience.

Dr. Dong began to teach Traditional Chinese Medicine (or say Alternative Medicine, Holistic Medicine and Oriental Medicine) in US since 1998. From year 2000, he began to teach acupuncture and herb in Austin. Many of his students turned to be very successful acupuncturist and herbal specialist in Austin and other cities.
